First select the county you are interested in from the drop-down list (New York City counties are Bronx, Kings, Queens, Richmond and New York) and then specify the type of program you are looking for (i.e., Residential Programs)

Access To Licensed Housing And Supported Housing Programs

Many counties require that referrals to housing and case management programs go through a “Single Point of Access.” These are most often operated by the local government, however, in some instances, they are operated by a separate contractor.
